Output Speed and Torque
In order to select the most suitable geared motor for your application, please share your desired speed and torque. We have wide range of gear ratios from 5:1 up to 1000:1 to achieve:
a) Optimal torque from 5.0g.cm to 50.0kg.cm
b) Output speed from 5 rpm to 5000 rpm
Gearbox Selection
a) Fold-back gearbox, or a non-concentric offset gearbox shaft are available if space is limited while customer design.
b) Most of gear motors use an open construction with square or rectangular gear boxes. We also have enclosed gear boxes which designed to be circular, making them more practical to cover the gears, and prevent debris or dust entering.
Shaft Solution
Different shaft length, round type, location holes, D-cut, and screw shafts etc. Or adding a gear to output shaft. It also can be customized according to customer drawings.
Adding Connectors
Micro geared motor input method with pin type, lead wires, connectors, and so on.
Use one of our standard connectors like Molex 51021-0200, JST SHR-02V-S-B, JST-PHR-2, Elco 8005, ACES 50276-002, etc.
Matching Encoder
The encoders are constructed according to optical or magnetic principles. Different encoders can combine with INEED DC motors. The encoders are the ideal for commutation, position control, speed or count. That means each shaft position within a revolution is assigned a unique angular value through the encoder.
